Participation applies to one edition of The Little Book of BIG Savings , with offers intended to remain valid for the applicable six-month promotional period. Unless otherwise specifically stated on the coupon or advertisement, the Participating Business agrees to honour the approved promotional offer throughout the stated validity period. Participation in one edition does not automatically renew the business into subsequent editions. Future participation, pricing and promotional offers may be discussed separately.

The Participating Business grants Sparked Promotions a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use its: • Business name and trade name; • Logo and supplied branding; • Approved photographs or promotional images; • Website and publicly supplied business information; • Contact information; • Product or service descriptions; and • Approved coupon, discount or promotional offer for the purpose of creating, producing, printing, distributing, displaying and promoting The Little Book of BIG Savings and related Sparked Promotions marketing. This permission includes reasonable use in printed materials, promotional graphics, social media, websites, digital previews, promotional posts, sales materials and other materials directly connected to promoting the participating business, Sparked Promotions or The Little Book of BIG Savings. Ownership of all trademarks, logos, business names and other intellectual property remains with the Participating Business. This Agreement provides Sparked Promotions with permission to use those materials for the purposes described above and does not transfer ownership.

The Participating Business authorizes Sparked Promotions to design and format a coupon or advertisement on its behalf using information, branding, images and promotional details supplied or approved by the Participating Business. Sparked Promotions may make reasonable formatting, sizing, grammatical, layout and design adjustments required for publication, provided those changes do not materially alter the approved offer, pricing, restrictions or meaning. Where reasonably practical, the Participating Business will be provided with an opportunity to review promotional content before final production. Once final approval has been provided, Sparked Promotions may proceed with production and distribution.

The Participating Business is responsible for ensuring that: 1. All information it supplies is accurate and authorized for use; 2. Its promotional offer complies with applicable laws and regulations; 3. Any required restrictions, exclusions, limits or conditions are disclosed before final approval; 4. Staff are informed of the promotion where necessary; and 5. Valid coupons are honoured according to the approved terms during the applicable promotional period. Sparked Promotions is responsible for accurately representing the approved promotional offer but does not assume responsibility for the Participating Business's products, services, customer experience, operations or fulfilment of the offer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment applies only to the selected edition and placement identified in this Agreement. Fees will be due within 24hrs of receiving the invoice. Invoices will go out by email as soon as the book is ready for final print. Approximate date October 15, 2026. Fees paid for advertising or promotional placement become non-refundable once the Participating Business has approved its final artwork and the edition has entered production, except where Sparked Promotions is unable to provide the agreed placement.

FOUNDING PARTNER RECOGNITION For the first edition of The Little Book of BIG Savings , the Participating Business is being provided with one complimentary coupon placement at no charge as an Honorary Founding Partner . Amount Due for Founding Partner Coupon Placement: $0.00 This complimentary placement recognizes the business's early support and participation in the launch of The Little Book of BIG Savings. The complimentary placement applies to the first edition only and does not create an entitlement to free placement, advertising or participation in future editions. Any future participation will be offered separately and may be subject to the pricing and terms applicable to that edition.

The Participating Business acknowledges that Sparked Promotions intends to promote and distribute The Little Book of BIG Savings through various channels, which may include direct sales, community distribution, fundraising partnerships, participating businesses, events, online promotion and other promotional channels. Sparked Promotions does not guarantee a specific number of coupon redemptions, customers, sales, impressions, leads or financial results from participation. Participation represents the purchase or provision of promotional exposure and placement rather than a guarantee of business performance.

The Participating Business is responsible for reviewing its coupon or advertisement for accuracy before final approval. Once final approval has been provided and production has begun, changes may not be possible. Sparked Promotions will make reasonable efforts to correct errors caused solely by Sparked Promotions before production when identified in time. Minor printing variations, colour differences, formatting adjustments or other non-material production differences will not constitute a failure to provide the agreed placement.

Participation in The Little Book of BIG Savings is a promotional collaboration only. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship or ownership interest between Sparked Promotions and the Participating Business. The terms “partner,” “participating business,” or “founding partner” may be used publicly for promotional and community-recognition purposes only and do not create a legal partnership.

A Participating Business may request withdrawal before final production. Once artwork has been approved and the applicable edition has entered production, Sparked Promotions cannot guarantee removal or modification of the business's coupon, advertisement, logo or other promotional content. Withdrawal from participation does not invalidate coupons or books already printed or distributed before the withdrawal could reasonably be implemented.

By signing below, the individual signing on behalf of the Participating Business confirms that they: • Are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the business; • Authorize the use of the business name, logo and supplied promotional materials as described; • Approve Sparked Promotions creating promotional material on the business's behalf; • Approve the coupon, advertisement or promotional offer described in this Agreement; • Understand the applicable six-month promotional term; • Understand the payment arrangement identified above; • Understand that participation does not guarantee specific sales or customer results; and • Agree to the terms contained in this Agreement.
