Inquiries
When you submit a form, we save your contact details, inquiry type, message, any delivery or organization details you include, the page you used and the submission time. These details help Sparked Promotions respond to your request and arrange a book inquiry, advertising discussion or fundraiser.
Signed business agreements
When both parties save a signed agreement, we store the completed PDF, business name and email, agreement version, signature drawings and submission time. The PDF includes the details and consent provided by both signers. A private access link protects retrieval; anyone you share that link with can open the PDF. Download your copy and share it only with the intended parties. The site does not automatically email agreements.
Newsletter signups
Joining the local list is optional. We save your email address, signup source, permission text and time so Sparked can manage launch news and future local updates. Providing an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you; the optional marketing checkbox is separate.
You can withdraw permission by emailing sparkedpromotions@gmail.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Newsletter sending is not yet connected in this initial website release.
Storage and service providers
Information is stored in a database and private document storage used by this website. The hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the site. Authorized administrators can review inquiries and export signups for follow-up. Personal form data is not displayed publicly.
Payments and basic security
The site does not collect card details or take payment. Book forms are inquiries only. To limit automated spam, the site uses a hidden form field and short-lived request counters based on a hashed network address. These counters expire and are removed during subsequent submissions.
Your choices
Contact Sparked Promotions to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Third-party links
The local guide links to other organizations’ websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may contact that service when displaying a page.
